Raw super food energy mix - RECIPE

This is a simple one! 5 min to prepare.
  • In a food processor, put
  • Soaked nuts and seeds (sesame, sunflower, flax seeds, chia, almonds, etc)
  • Goji berries
  • Dried raisins
  • Maca (small amount - strong taste)
  • Spirulina
  • Raw Cacao (beans, nibs or powder)
  • Mesquite
  • A couple of carrots
  • Process!
  • Put some in a small bowl!
  • Ad some pieces of fruit like banana, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc
  • Squeeze some lemon juice and put on top
That's it!
