The no can be:
• No, I can't give you a ride
• No, I can't give you money
• No, I can't go on a date with you
• No, I don't want to have sex with you
• etc
Accept someone's right to say "no" and decide for themselves.
You don't have to take vindictive actions when someone stands for what they want!
You don't have to attack them or threaten them.
Saying "no" is a basic human right!
You must respect that.
Don't project a manipulative patterns like:
"If you were my friend you would do that for me"
"You don't love me! If you loved me, You would help me!"
"You don't care! You never do anything for me"
Choose to say instead:
"Sure, no problem, I'll find someone else"
"I fully respect your choice"
"Maybe another time"
A "Yes" means nothing if someone can't say "No".
